In 1990, Crosley Green, a Black man, was convicted of shooting Chip Flynn and was sentenced to death by an all-white jury. Green claimed innocence, but, despite inconsistencies in the case, his pleas were left unheard. “48 Hours” correspondent Erin Moriarty has followed Green’s case for 25 years, examining the missing pieces throughout his trial and the aftermath.
